Volunteer Membership Director Needed

This is a very important position.  The Membership Director takes note of and welcomes new members to the Club, providing them with a key, getting them oriented to the club and getting them involved with meeting other members (drop-in tennis, socials, etc). During the month of March, when registration is most intense, the Director helps anyone who is having trouble registering online and answers inquiries regarding membership. The membership list itself is created by our webmaster and then passed on to Tennis BC. Throughout the tennis season, the Director continues to offer support services to members and is the point person for all membership inquiries. This Director also attends 3-4 board meetings throughout the year as well as the AGM, usually held in November.

And the REWARD is ..... well, helping out with being a Club volunteer.  Reward enough!

Please contact Kathleen Beaton for further details, at 778-863-4044

The Club's AGM

was held November 3rd, 2021.  The Financial Report and the Director's reports on Club activities are available here together with the Minutes of the AGM (all only viewable if you are a current paid-up member and are signed into your Sports Engine account. If you cannot access that page it is because you are either not on the current membership list or you have signed out of Sports Engine.)

Drop-in Tennis

will continue throughout the winter every Saturday at 9:00am to noon, conditional upon weather.

Court Repairs .....

..... will be undertaken sometime during the summer of 2022 when weather conditions are acceptable.  Courts 1 - 3 will need to be closed to all play for up to two weeks, so be prepared.  Further details will be sent to all members and published on the website, in the spring of 2022.
